Stefanie Catania is the Founder and CEO of Catania Product Development in Melbourne, Florida, where she and her team turn innovators’ visions into market-ready products through expert new product development, fractional engineering and management, and prototype design—guiding clients from concept to launch with exceptional user experiences and strong market outcomes. She earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from UCF and an M.S. in Industrial & Systems Engineering from the University of Florida, and she is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Before founding Catania in 2018, Stefanie spent 15+ years in government and commercial sectors with Lockheed Martin, L3Harris Technologies (formerly Harris Corporation), and JRC Integrated Systems, serving in roles spanning production, systems, safety engineering, and project management for clients including the U.S. Air Force, Navy, and Space Force. At Catania, her leadership philosophy—“Creating Endless Opportunities”—blends art and technology to deliver solutions that are not only highly functional but beautifully designed, elevating user satisfaction.
