Orlando, Fla. (April 27, 2022) – Rental Technologies has secured one of the country’s leading real estate technology experts as its newest advisory board member.
Inaas Arabi, most recently the general manager of real estate giant Zillow, joined to advise the company through the launch and growth of Rentivity.com, its all-digital touchless leasing portal.
“I truly admire what the company has done and the way it automated leasing workflow and I can certainly envision becoming the voice of people who are looking for the best place to rent for their unique situation,” Arabi says. “This is going to be exciting to help them launch while vetting new development and operational opportunities for them.”
Prior to Zillow, Arabi led the development and feature upgrades for Propertyware a property management ERP system, and served as the vice president and industry principle of single-family rental for RealPage, Inc.
In total, Arabi has more than 18 years of real estate experience managing full-cycle property management operations for institutional investment trusts, banks, asset management companies, and private investors, with leadership roles at companies such as Altisource, American Homes 4 Rent, and Ascent Property Management.
Arabi will advise Rental Technologies on developing new and innovative ways to help owners, investors, and property managers to attain profitability and growth through automated leasing programs, with upfront savings and a better experience for renters.
