Orlando, Fla. (August 18, 2021) — After years of serving some of Central Florida’s biggest companies, Datanautix has signed a partnership agreement with Intrado Corporation, a global leader in technology-enabled communication services.

Under terms of the partnership, Datanautix, based in Orlando’s Downtown Innovation District, will integrate its proprietary Ana text analytics platform into Intrado’s new conversational AI platform, Mosaic.

Mosaic allows brands to dynamically automate conversations with customers using intelligent virtual assistant and digital messaging capabilities to enable customer self-service and to gather voice of the customer feedback. The Ana platform’s ability to review, analyze and provide actionable insights on thousands of qualitative customer data points within seconds will extend Mosaic’s voice of customer capabilities to include adaptive surveys. This enhancement uses a customer’s response to an open-ended question to determine the subsequent questions asked within the survey.

“By integrating Ana into Intrado’s Mosaic platform, we can rapidly turn qualitative feedback into actionable insights for a worldwide audience of clients, with which Intrado has established trusted relationships over many decades,” says Sanjay Patel, CEO, Datanautix. “The combined capabilities of Intrado and Datanautix leverage artificial intelligence and machine learning in ways that transform voice of consumer and consumer perception research, making companies more agile and competitive.”

Mosaic transforms the way businesses interact with their customers, delivering an advanced and intuitive level of consumer self-service, greatly enhancing the customer experience journey.

“We quickly realized the power Ana and Datanautix has in analyzing open-ended response data from customers in a way that no other platform offers,” says. Rhonda Gibler, SVP, CX General Manager, at Intrado. “By combining Ana with Mosaic, Intrado can provide a modern and comprehensive, end-to-end solution for gathering customer feedback.

Backed by 30-plus years of experience with Fortune 1000 clients, Intrado’s CX business is a customer experience growth enabler transforming the way brands engage their customers through its Mosaic Conversational AI platform to deliver profitable growth and business outcomes.
