Current UCF BIP clients are invited to join us for the first Mentor Insight Forum, a live webinar designed to introduce founders to the value of mentoring through real perspectives from UCF BIP mentors AJ Althius, Dan Longacre, and Danny Coello. This kickoff session will spotlight the diverse skills, experience, and insight our mentors bring to the table, helping founders see how the right guidance can shape smarter business decisions. Attendees will learn the value of mentorship, understand the criteria for participating in the program, and be invited to apply for a mentor match.

Meet our speakers:

AJ Althius

Arjen ‘AJ’ Althuis is the Founder & Managing Partner of Talenthouse Consulting and Lecturer in Business at Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida where he teaches Entrepreneurship, International Business, and HR Management.

Over the last 30+ years, AJ Althuis has gained vast international experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, mergers & acquisition, interim management, as well as being a published author in academia. Having worked with over 50 businesses in the last twenty years, ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies, he deeply knows the critical element of talent and optimizing how to bring forward the best of people in an organization, and how this positively impacts the individual and overall results.

Sharing knowledge with college students and business leaders alike is his passion.

Danny Coello

Danny Coello has over 20 years of professional experience in the fields of digital marketing, mortgage lending, real estate, and Christian ministry. In 2009, they founded and managed Dial911ForDesign, a digital marketing agency. From 2015 to 2016, Danny served as a Lone Star Professional Alliance for the Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce. From 2016 to present, they have been the Digital Marketing Director for Remnant Publications, a Christian ministry. From 2003 to 2009, Danny worked as a Mortgage Lending Consultant for Citi. Lastly, from 1997 to 2003, they were a Real Estate Paralegal for Mayor Day Caldwell & Keeton.

Danny Coello attended Broadview Academy from 1988 to 1990, where they earned their High School Diploma. Danny then attended The University of Texas at El Paso from 1991 to 1993, where they earned an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Music Theory and Composition. Danny subsequently attended the University of Miami from 2005 to 2006, where they earned an Advance Bachelor of General Studies for Business Professionals degree in Business Administration and Management, General.

Dan Longacre

Axonics AI is the platform through which Dan Longacre delivers strategic consulting and educational mentorship. It represents the culmination of a career spent bridging the gap between engineering reality and business strategy.

With deep technical roots at Bell Labs (MS CS) and extensive enterprise leadership experience (MBA, PgMP), Dan uses this venue to demonstrate how organizations can move beyond the hype of Artificial Intelligence to find sustainable value. As an evolving practice, Axonics AI serves as both a consultancy for enterprise clients and a platform for his work mentoring entrepreneurs at the UCF Business Incubation Center.
