Orlando-based Coaching Company to present Human Sciences-based Training Course
WINTER SPRINGS, Fla. (June 12, 2015) – Total Alignment Partners [TAP], an Orlando-based executive coaching firm, will present a certified training course for trainers July 14-15 and again Sept. 8-9 at the University of Central Florida Business Incubator in Winter Springs.
Debbie Forcier-Lynn, an awareness leadership expert and partner in Total Alignment Partners, said the two-day “Train the Trainer” sessions will provide valuable instruction for trainers about employees’ motivators and skills, or what she calls the “foundational sciences of people.”
“Trainers and managers will become experts on personality models and learn how to identify and hire the best person for the job,” Forcier-Lynn said. “They’ll learn how to reduce conflict and build more effective teams, meet personal and organizational objectives, as well as predict a person’s behavioral style before hiring or promoting them.”
Along with two other TAP coaches – Belinda MJ Brown and Estelle Williams – Forcier-Lynn will instruct participants in reading people and effectively communicating with others. Those completing the session also will be able to increase their company’s revenue by using the materials to develop their own training, Brown said.
“We believe that understanding these models and their benefits changes the level of engagement for both employees and managers,” Brown said. “It’s basically the human sciences of understanding yourself and others.”
The two seminars will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. with coffee and registration beginning at 8 a.m. at the incubator office, 1511 State Road 434. Cost for the accredited program is $1,297, which includes two full days of live classroom training, all materials, and intellectual property copyrights.
