As the CEO of Terasynth, I’m excited to be on the cutting edge of AR/XR training technology and advanced AI solutions. We’re creating something that’s like building a big video game, and we’re continuously striving to find solutions for problems that no one has solved yet. It’s an amazing feeling to think that our work could potentially make a difference in the lives of warfighters, or even help improve safety in industrial enterprise. What inspired you to start your business?
At Terasynth, we’re inspired by a passion for history, simulation, and cutting edge technology. We understand the importance of being able to simulate real world scenarios, and we have a deep appreciation for the power of technology to make that happen. Our team is filled with people who have spent their entire lives learning, tinkering, and exploring the world of simulation and technology. We’re excited to bring our knowledge and expertise to the table, and to create innovative solutions that can improve the way people learn, train, and work. We believe that the future of training and safety lies in the power of immersive technologies, and we’re dedicated to making that a reality.
What gets you out of bed every morning?
What gets me out of bed every morning is the knowledge that I get to be part of something bigger than myself. I’m motivated by the fact that our work at Terasynth has the potential to make a real difference in the lives of warfighters and industrial workers. I’m also driven by the challenge of creating something new and innovative–solutions that no one else has thought of yet. The thought of revolutionizing the way people learn, train, and work keeps me going every day, and I’m excited to be part of something that is transforming the future of training and safety.
What is your secret to making progress each day?
At Terasynth, we’ve unlocked a secret–a way to make massive progress each and every day. We’re leveraging the power of advanced technology to create innovative solutions that are revolutionizing the way people learn, train, and work. Our team of experts is continuously pushing the boundaries of what’s possible, and we’re excited to see the results of our hard work. But if we reveal our secrets, they won’t be secrets anymore 😉. We’re dedicated to changing the world, and committed to making that a reality.
Tell us one thing people don’t know about you.
Growing up, I was the victim of bullying, and I eventually found myself in the boxing ring. I never imagined that my love for boxing would eventually lead to a career in business and technology. I’ve had the opportunity to travel the entire United States, and I’ve come to believe that experience is the best education. As an entrepreneur, I’m often nervous or doubtful, but I’ve learned to iterate quickly and have been fortunate enough to have teams that have helped me achieve success. My experiences have taught me the power of determination, hard work, and resilience, and I’m proud to be part of a team that is revolutionizing the world.
A typical weekend for me is…
I don’t live by a regular schedule since I’m always working on my companies. I tend to work in 12 week sprints at a 90% rate but I still make sure to find time for family. Since I’m an adrenaline junkie, I love to snowboard, whitewater raft, and explore the outdoors. But I’m also passionate about building and experimenting with new technologies, so I usually spend my weekends developing new ideas and creating prototypes. I also try to find time to relax and rejuvenate by reading books, watching documentaries, and going on adventures. All in all, my weekends are a great balance of work, play, and family.

We build faster than anyone, and have developed some really sophisticated technology that the world hasn’t quite seen yet. Our solutions are designed to be intuitive and effective, so that users can quickly become comfortable with the technology and get the most out of their training or work experience. We also provide personalized support and guidance to ensure that our customers are getting the most out of the technology. We strive to provide an unmatched level of service and support to ensure that our customers are getting the best experience possible.
Have you won any awards or had any special recognition or acknowledgement of your business?
We at Terasynth have been honored to receive several awards and acknowledgements for our work. We were selected into the top 10% of companies for Y-Combinator’s Startup School, and we had the opportunity to participate in TechStars Startup Weekend. Most recently, we won the award for Most Innovative Company at I/ITSEC 2022. It’s been amazing to see our hard work and dedication to our projects pay off. We’re proud to be leading the way in AR/XR training and advanced AI solutions, and we’re excited to see where our journey will take us next.
What are your plans for the future of your business?
At Terasynth, we have big plans for the future. We’re always looking for ways to improve our existing products, and we’re working on new and innovative solutions that can help make life easier for our customers. We joke about creating the Terminators from the movies, but without Skynet taking over the world. In all seriousness, we’re striving to provide reliable and secure solutions that will make a real and lasting impact for good.
What’s your secret talent no one knows about?
My secret talent is my ability to connect with people and figure things out. I’ve been able to build strong relationships with my team, our customers, and our partners. I’m always looking for ways to solve problems, and I’ve developed a knack for finding solutions that others have overlooked.
What did you want to be when growing up?
Growing up, I was always fascinated by dinosaurs and the Jurassic Park movies. I had a dream of becoming a paleontologist, and I was so passionate about it that I would visit the Museum of Natural History in New York every week. I’m still able to use my passion and drive to solve problems and create solutions, but it’s for a much more modern purpose.
What is your favorite thing to do in the wonderful area of Central Florida?
There are so many wonderful things to do in Central Florida! One of my favorite things to do is to visit Disney World, especially the Kilimanjaro Safari and the Dinosaur area. It’s the perfect place to relax and have some fun with my family. I also love taking the drive down to Tampa to spend the day at the beach. The scenery is beautiful and it’s a great way to clear my head and get away for a bit. I also enjoy connecting with the local startup community here in Orlando. It’s inspiring to be surrounded by so many driven individuals working on amazing projects.
What would people never guess you do in your role?
Most people would probably never guess that I’m actually quite technical and have a hands-on approach to the product. We don’t believe in titles, so even though I’m the CEO, I still like to get my hands dirty and work on the product when I can. It’s important to me to stay close to the development process, so that I’m able to make sure that we’re staying true to our mission and producing the best quality product possible.
What do you love most about your industry?
What I love most about my industry is the impact that our work can have on the world. We get to play with some of the most advanced and innovative technology available, and it’s incredibly rewarding to see our products in action. Not to mention, it’s an incredibly fun job! We get to work with some of the world’s best minds to create something that can make a real difference. I’m passionate about creating technology that can help make the world a better place, and I’m grateful to have the opportunity to do so.
How have you advanced professionally since starting your business?
Since starting Terasynth, I’ve advanced professionally in many ways. I’ve been able to deepen my understanding of the defense industry and gain a better grasp of the complicated ins and outs of the business. I’ve also learned a lot more about the process of defense contracting in our government, which has been invaluable in helping us secure government contracts and grow our business. I’m also proud to have gathered an incredible team of professionals who are all dedicated to our mission and helping us achieve our goals.
