On Demand Staffing for Health Care Facilities. We primarily focus on providing RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, but will expand after creating a base.
What do you enjoy most about your work?
Helping healthcare facilities succeed, and providing above market opportunities for nurses.
What inspired you to start your business?
I own the #1 CNA school in Orlando, Gabriel Health Institute, which has over 15,000 graduates. This felt like a natural expansion into the staffing side of the business.
What gets you out of bed every morning?
I love life and the opportunity to grow, create, and expand.
What is your secret to making progress each day?
Starting with the most important thing first.

When I started Gabriel Health Institute, I was 19-years old, and the youngest CNA school owner in America. We’re still here today, and #1 in Orlando.
A typical weekend for me is…
Church, kids, relaxing, while reviewing last weeks progress, and planning next weeks agenda.

Gabriel Health Institute school has been honored to receive the Regional Exam Site contract for the FL CNA State Exam, which is typically only given to one school per city.
What are your plans for the future of your business?
To take it Nationwide, and become to go to solution for healthcare facilities needing on demand staffing.
What’s your secret talent no one knows about?
Im a motivational speaker by nature, and I really care about people. I have a huge heart!

What is your favorite thing to do in the wonderful area of Central Florida?
See my kids smile, I’m a family man.
What would people never guess you do in your role?
Be up at 3am, pushing papers, and doing tasks.

The untapped potential I can see that other’s cant.
