Orlando, Fla. – August 26, 2024 Aurora InfoTech, an Orlando-based Cybersecurity and IT solutions provider, has successfully completed the World-Class Customer Experience Trained (WCCXT) certification program led by The DiJulius Group, a global leader in customer experience training and consulting.

The DiJulius Group, known for its work with brands like Starbucks, Lexus, Ritz-Carlton, KeyBank, Nordstrom, and the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department, has helped organizations elevate their service standards worldwide. To earn the WCCXT certification, companies must undergo three months of rigorous training and demonstrate that they have effectively deployed the strategies across their operations. Only a small percentage of companies earn certification due to the transformation it demands.

The WCCXT program was specifically designed for IT security companies and managed services firms to train their staff on advanced customer experience concepts. It focuses on helping teams provide better service to their clients and make the often-confusing world of technology easier to understand.

“So many small businesses in Central Florida are underserved and unprotected from real cyber threats. Much of this is due to the IT industry’s failure to explain very complex technical terms in language that anyone can understand,” said Roy Richardson, Chief Security Officer at Aurora InfoTech. “Aurora InfoTech is committed to providing the best service to our local community, and that means training EVERYONE on how to present these issues in relevant ways to our clients so that they have the information they need to make the best decision instead of overwhelming them.”

Richardson added: “We also realize that this industry is known for its terrible customer communications, which means when a business does have a problem, they could feel like they are left in the dark. Going through and becoming certified helped us to identify these gaps, and we’re confident that we’ll be able to provide better service and a better experience than ever before.”

Only a select number of IT companies have earned the right to be WCCXT certified, making it a growing gold standard for organizations that value both technical excellence and superior client service.
