Winter Springs, Fla., January 19, 2022 – Erica Martinez-Rose fully understands her employees are key to the success of her company, Tech Rage IT. That’s why she’s invested significantly in the hiring process and in retention to provide the highest level of customer service.

When someone applies to work at Tech Rage IT, they fill out a questionnaire, where Martinez-Rose is looking at the thoughtfulness of the answers. The company has a regular “stay survey” to receive feedback from employees. And, the company publicly recognizes employees rated high in Tech Rage IT’s customer surveys.
“My favorite part about this is we have clients who celebrate and engage with posts even if they pertain to another company,” she writes in the article. “To me, that shows the relationships clients have with our technicians.”
Often overlooked by businesses is the company’s brand. Since rebranding the company in 2019 to Tech Rage IT, the company has brought on five new employees.
“Our messaging and logo resonate with applicants, who tell us they applied because they can relate to the experience of being frustrated by tech and want to be part of the solution,” Martinez-Rose says.
