UCF Incubator client’s software for subcontractors named one of the best new technologies in the industry.

Orlando, Fla. (January 16, 2024) – As ROVUK continues growing its customer base and adding new features to its platform, a national publication has recognized the Orlando company’s technology as one of the best in the business.

“ROVUK stands out as a project management software by consolidating every detail of the job site into one convenient app exclusively designed for subcontractors,” Construction Tech Review said about the software in its November edition. “The all-in-one platform saves time and resources with a coordinated approach to construction management.”

Throughout the article, the publication gave examples of how ROVUK’s platform is helping subcontractors.

For instance:

    • A feature to automatically insert emails into reports saved one organization 10 hours per month.
    • A feature that geofences where employees can clock ensures employees are paid for time, they are on the job site, not elsewhere.
    • A feature allowing for change order approval on a job site saved more than $52,000 for one client.

“It’s quite an honor for a national publication like Commercial Tech Review to see the results we are having and featured them like this,” says Roque Rivera, founder and managing partner of ROVUK. “Our clients are truly saving time and money, making them more efficient and more profitable.”

ROVUK was developed by Rivera after the COVID pandemic created a significant reduction in his IT management company, losing 75 percent of its business. He knew he needed to diversify and determined this was a need not being met in the market.

Today, he has more than a dozen subcontractor clients using ROVUK. The platform is essential for timekeeping, change orders, procurement approvals and much more through the user’s phone or website.

“I’ve been impressed with what the ROVUK team have put together for companies like mine,” says Fermin Olguin from ABC Rebar in Central Florida. “Since we have been using ROVUK, we have become a much more efficient company, allowing us to deliver our services better than ever before.”
