Orlando-based Total Alignment Partners to Present Women’s Conference April 17-19 in St. Petersburg

Winter Springs, Fla., – Dr. J.J. Meier – a nationally-known author, speaker, corporate trainer and executive coach – will be the keynote speaker at a three-day women’s retreat presented April 17-19 in St. Petersburg by Total Alignment Partners, an Orlando-based executive coaching firm.

The conference, titled Let It Go and Be Authentically You, will focus on helping professional women re-energize and re-connect with themselves while surrounded by like-minded women, according to Belinda M.J. Brown, executive coach and chief operating officer of Total Alignment Partners [TAP], a business client of the University of Central Florida Business Incubation Program in Winter Springs.

“The retreat will be three days of extensive transformational experiences that also includes fun and practical activities,” said Brown, who along with her business partner Awareness Leadership Expert Debbie Forcier-Lynn, is one of the three featured speakers.

Dr. Meier – whose career includes more than 20 years in corporate training and development, marketing in the health and beauty industry and helping launch several companies – has a Doctor of Divinity degree and a Doctorate Degree in Holistic Theology. She published a book titled “God in the Mirror” in 2009 and has been featured on various shopping channels; infomercials and live speaking engagements around the world. She is a past member of the California State Board of ChildHelp USA, active in both domestic violence and child abuse issues, and currently serves on the advisory board for Angels in Waiting, a California-based non-profit that benefits foster children.

Let It Go and Be Authentically You will feature 18 hours of training, coaching and mentoring, as well as 72 hours of self-care, including sessions on body, mind and spirit empowerment, and personal and professional expansion. In addition to individual and group coaching, Brown said the retreat also will include meditation techniques and yoga.

“If you’re frustrated or confused about where you are in your life or wondering what your purpose is, then this retreat is for you,” she said. “Between 40 and 50 woman are expected to attend the inaugural event and we’re already planning similar sessions for the west coast, as well as Canada and overseas.
