What inspired you to start your business?
We created this company as an entrepreneurship university exercise
looking for different alternatives for industrial design within the advertising industry.
What gets you out of bed every morning?
We love what we do, we love being able to create and have 100% creativity working every day to generate design solutions.
What is your secret to making progress each day?
Work hard, have good challenges and look for successful alternatives for our clients.

Innercia was created by Sandra and John, 26 years ago, a company and at the same time we are a married couple with 3 children.
A typical weekend for me is…
Playing sports, enjoying family with our children, and enjoying being together.
What will people get from your business that they won’t get anywhere else?
Very good ideas and all the commitment to do the best for our clients!
Have you won any awards or had any special recognition or acknowledgement of your business?
We have obtained several awards in the POPAI association, totaling more than 20 recognitions to date.
What are your plans for the future of your business?
Provide industrial and graphic design services in Florida and grow the recognition that we have in Latin America for the United States.
What’s your secret talent no one knows about?
We love what we do.
What did you want to be when growing up?
Our dream when we are older is to have impregnated our children with love for what we do and that they are happy and fulfill themselves as people and professionals, leaving a mark on our industry.
What is your favorite thing to do in the wonderful area of Central Florida?
Enjoy the natural areas, natural parks, beaches and sports areas. Also take advantage of events and conventions and our industry, museums and educational centers.
What would people never guess you do in your role?
In our role we must be able to do any task within the business, to be sure that we can do the right thing and thus direct those who do it well.
What do you love most about your industry?
The innovation and development of the projects, starting from a sketch until it’s produced.
How have you advanced professionally since starting your business?
We started only with the desire to do something, today we have a solid company in Colombia and in Mexico we have established ourselves as a design benchmark in the region.
