What inspired you to start your business?
In the midst of the unprecedented challenges posed by COVID, I founded our eLearning business with a vision fueled by the transformative potential of online education. The global shift towards remote learning highlighted a critical need for dynamic, accessible educational solutions. The stay-at-home orders underscored the urgency for innovative eLearning products, bridging the gap between physical and digital classrooms. Over the last three years, the rapid evolution of technology has provided us with a unique opportunity to create cutting-edge educational products that transcend traditional boundaries, offering engaging and effective learning experiences tailored to the demands of the modern world.
What gets you out of bed every morning?
My passion for creativity in education and training have given me the drive to get up every morning with a new since of wonder and expectation. Creating learning opportunities and products gives me a profound joy that is derived from my desire to help people be their best. Our company lives and breathes innovation. We are dedicated to developing products that seamlessly meet the evolving needs of today’s dynamic landscape. What is your secret to making progress each day?
The secret to making progress every day as an entrepreneur lies in a blend of disciplined consistency, adaptability, and a relentless focus on key priorities. I try to cultivate a habit of setting clear, achievable goals and breaking them down into smaller, manageable tasks. Additionally, I embrace flexibility. Everyday, I remind myself to be open and to be adaptable in the face of challenges. I regularly reflect on what I have learned from both my successes and my setbacks so that I can continuously improve. Lastly, I foster a growth mindset that embraces progress over perfection. I recognize that being an entrepreneur is a journey that is dynamic, and setbacks are inevitable. Therefore, I strive to embrace learning opportunities and celebrate small wins along the way.

One thing many may not know about me is my profound passion for art and creating. Beyond the business realm, I find immense joy in transforming ideas into tangible creations, whether through intricate DIY projects or translating innovative business concepts into tangible products. This dual love for artistic expression and entrepreneurial creation fuels my diverse interests, and it paints a more colorful picture of who I am beyond the business landscape.

What did you want to be when growing up?
As a child, my first glimpse into the world of education was akin to discovering a treasure trove of knowledge. It was the dedicated work of teachers that sparked my understanding of the transformative impact education could have. Little did I know that this initial fascination would evolve into a profound realization—that the principles of teaching extended far beyond the confines of traditional education. This revelation ignited my pursuit of the field of curriculum and instruction.
During my matriculation at the University of Central Florida as a doctoral student, my journey deepened as I explored methodologies tailored to the unique needs of adult learners. The experience not only heightened my appreciation for effective instruction but also laid the foundation for a broader perspective. I began to recognize that every organization, regardless of industry, thrives on instruction to facilitate success.
As the years unfolded, my passion for business began to intertwine with my commitment to adult learners. I witnessed the powerful intersection of these two realms—how strategic and tailored instruction could elevate not only individual growth but also organizational success. This convergence fueled my dedication to developing innovative products, shaping a career that seamlessly blends the worlds of education and business to empower individuals and organizations alike.
What is your favorite thing to do in the wonderful area of Central Florida?
I love Central Florida. I have been a resident of Volusia county for 30 years. I enjoy relaxing on pristine beaches and exploring one of the many beautiful springs located in our area.
What would people never guess you do in your role?
As the owner and designer of our eLearning company, people might be surprised to discover that I actively participate in every stage of course creation — from ideation to design. While steering the company, I remain hands-on, infusing my personal touch into each project, ensuring a blend of strategic leadership and creative craftsmanship.

I am deeply passionate about the eLearning and training industry because it allows me to witness and contribute to incredible transformations. There’s profound joy in seeing individuals grow, evolve, and achieve their full potential through education.
