Eustis Incubator
The Eustis/Lake County incubator is anchored at Mega Workplace which is an historic, fully renovated office and co-working space building in downtown Eustis. All clients of the incubator will be virtual clients but have access to leasable offices and work desks at Mega Workplace or nearby in the community. Clients also have access to meeting, collaboration and common space in the building.
The Florida Small Business Development Center at UCF also has an office at Mega Workplace to provide coaching and education services to the community and to clients of the Incubator.
The Eustis Incubator was established in October, 2023 through a partnership between the City of Eustis, Lake County and the University of Central Florida.
