Downtown Incubator
Located inside the historic Kress Building, the Downtown Incubator serves early-stage technology companies. The facility features private offices, shared workspace, conference room, and kitchen.
The Downtown incubator was established in October 2019, as a partnership between the University of Central Florida and the City of Orlando.
