Leading Cybersecurity and IT consulting firm opening new office in Maitland
Orlando, Fla. (March 4, 2026) – After seven years growing their business with the support of the UCF Business Incubation Program at the East Colonial Incubation, Aurora InfoTech has graduated from the program.
The company will remain in Central Florida with new offices for its 12 employees at 2700 Westhall Lane, Suite 235, Maitland, FL 32751.
“We’ve been able to watch Aurora InfoTech evolve into a company receiving national recognition,” says Kelly Daubach, site manager, UCF Business Incubator on East Colonial. “The success of Aurora InfoTech is a great story of what we can all do when we support local businesses, giving them the tools and the resources they need to grow.”
Founded in 2016 by Aluska and Roy Richardson after successful careers in broadband and internet infrastructure, Aurora InfoTech was built to raise the cybersecurity standard for Central Florida businesses. From day one, the company positioned itself not as a traditional IT provider, but as a security-first strategic partner focused on
resilience, compliance and operational continuity.
That strategy delivered.
Since entering the Incubator, Aurora InfoTech has increased its employee base by 400 percent and grown revenues by 517 percent.
Today, Aurora InfoTech protects organizations that cannot afford disruption. From
safeguarding sensitive healthcare data to securing manufacturing operations and defending against business email compromise and ransomware, the firm operates at the intersection of cybersecurity, compliance, and executive-level IT strategy.
“The UCF Business Incubation Program helped sharpen our operational discipline and strategic clarity,” said Aluska Richardson, Co-Founder of Aurora InfoTech. “Through executive mentorship, growth planning, and high-level business coaching, we strengthened our leadership infrastructure and accelerated our market expansion. Orlando is growing rapidly, and we are committed to ensuring its businesses grow securely.”
Aurora InfoTech’s authority is reinforced by national and industry recognition, including:
- Top 250 MSSP (2021, 2023, 2024, 2025), ranking #182 nationally
- World-Class Customer Experience Trained (WCCXT) Certified (2025)
- Certified Gold Partner at Zero Trust World (2025 & 2026)
- SBA Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) Certified
- MSP Titan Finalist (2024 & 2025) – ThreatLocker Cyber Hero Titan Of The Industry Award and Community Impact Category
- GTIA Finalist – Advancing Diversity in Technology
“Aurora InfoTech was able to do something many new businesses fail to do: find a core mission that differentiates the company from its competitors,” Daubach says. “All of us in the Incubation Program are looking forward to watching their success continue.”
