During the Customer Experience Mastery session, Martinez-Rose and panelist Juan Fernandez discussed how to turn every client interaction into an opportunity to exceed client expectations.

  • Get the onboarding experience right with new clients and set expectations for the next 30-60-90 days.
  • The importance of ongoing communication across all client-facing departments, not just technical support.
  • Use customer experience as a competitive advantage such as testimonials, case studies, and social media.
