Acquisition marks key milestone for Orlando-based marketing agency as it continues integrating innovative strategies into extensive portfolio
(ORLANDO, FLA. – Dec. 20, 2024) SharpShell Digital Consulting, an Orlando-based marketing agency known for helping ambitious clients solidify their brand, find their voice, and reach growth goals in today’s digitally dominated marketplace, has just acquired Audaxis Marketing. The acquisition was completed last week, on December 13th, and is the first acquisition that SharpShell has implemented.
The acquisition, which comes with new clients, three full-time employees and several contractors, is a sign of sustained growth for SharpShell and represents a significant milestone for both companies. SharpShell, known for its comprehensive digital marketing services, aims to integrate Audaxis’s innovative strategies into its extensive portfolio and continue its upward trajectory in 2025. Prior to the acquisition, SharpShell secured several new clients in 2024 and also brought on additional team members.
