The Right Profile Selected to Participate in VentureScaleUp Accelerator Fall 2016

ORLANDO, FLA. – VentureScaleUp, Orlando’s high-growth business accelerator, selected The Right Profile, a talent analytics firm for professional sports teams, law firms and corporations, to participate in its Fall 2016 Cohort.

Sterling Bates, The Right Profile’s Chief Technology Officer, said “ The Right Profile was selected as one of only six companies with both the products and clientele that will allow it to quickly and successfully scale its business.

Start ups from throughout the U.S. and many foreign countries applied for the program, which is led by seasoned entrepreneurs and renowned experts.

The 12-week VentureScaleUp program that began Sept. 12 is held at the Catalyst co-working space in downtown Orlando.  The program is focused on the four essential aspects of scaling a company: people, strategy, execution and cash.  It provides the cohort with advanced workshops, one-on-one mentoring, and one-on-one investor meetings while connecting and collaborating with one another.

The program concludes with a “Pitch Night” event with Florida Venture Sourcing’s network of investors, mentors, advisors and connectors to highlight the cohort’s work and expose them to investors and opportunities.

“We are extremely excited about the potential we have to propel our company to the next level with the opportunities afforded by VentureScaleUp’s proven techniques,” Bates said.

Carol Ann Dykes, UCF Incubator Site Manager, said, “Participation in accelerator programs like VentureScaleUp and StarterStudio are very beneficial for our Incubator clients. They offer intense mentoring and learning opportunities that greatly complement those we offer.”

The Right Profile has developed recruiting/evaluation tools by integrating predictive methodologies in behavioral science that gives management an insight into critical performance traits and intangibles that would otherwise be missed.

The Right Profile is a client company of the UCF Business Incubation Program at Central Florida Research Park in East Orange County.
