Pro Inspect Solutions Launches Franchise Network

UCF Business Incubation client looks to expand real estate inspection business nationwide

Orlando, Fla. (June 23, 2026) – After a decade of servicing the local real estate industry and Central Florida homeowners, Pro Inspect Solutions has launched a franchise organization to develop partners across the country.

“Creating opportunities for people has been a central tenet of my company from the first day we started,” says Quintavius Bell, founder & CEO, Pro Inspect Solutions. “Whether it is the employees we’ve hired, the people we have helped through inspections and now, the entrepreneurs who want to create their own success, we believe a company’s success is based on the impact it makes.”

In some cases, the Pro Inspect Solutions franchise offering is similar to other franchises, in that it includes marketing, technology, branding and operational support for franchisees, in exchange for a revenue share after the first year.

But all franchisees must spend time with Bell and his team learning the business through a mentorship and training program before starting, and it also includes participation in the Peace Initiative. That program was created to ensure that low-income homeowners understood the process for applying for community grants to improve their homes.

“It’s important we find individuals who understand the culture and community impact we want to bring to cities across the country,” Bell says. “We want true partners in our business, not just operators looking for another revenue stream. If they are the right person, this opportunity can be very successful.”

Bell’s background is unique in the inspection industry. He was a mutual fund accountant for a Fortune 500 company before leaving that job to become a real estate investor. It was there that he discovered the need for quality inspections.

He founded Pro Inspect Solutions in 2015, and while building the business, he also built systems and processes to ensure the business model would be scalable with the right partners. That work led to the franchise program.

“Finding a way to replicate the quality of a service business without the person providing the service is always a difficult path, but Quintavius seems to have developed it,” says Kelly Daubach, site manager, UCF Business Incubator in Orlando, where Pro Inspect Solutions is based. “He’s utilizing the proven franchise model to truly expand his vision, and we’re proud to be a part of his journey.”
