Orlando-Based Coaching Firm to Present Accredited Awareness Centered Leadership Program Virtually beginning May 13

WINTER SPRINGS, Fla. (April 30, 2015) – Total Alignment Partners, an Orlando-based executive coaching firm, will present a 10 week self-paced, accredited on-line program including live support from two experts beginning May 13. Preregistration starts Monday, May 4.

The virtual class – titled The Awareness Leadership Experience – will be led by Debbie Forcier-Lynn and Belinda M.J. Brown, executive coaches and owners of Total Alignment Partners, a business client of the University of Central Florida Business Incubation Program in Winter Springs.

The leadership session is intended for completion in between eight and 10 weeks, but Forcier-Lynn says participants can go at their own pace through individual online Internet portals.

“Once they register, they will have their own portal that is available whenever they want. In addition to exercises and worksheets, we also will have a weekly live conference call with the applicants. Everything in the portal is video based.”

The seminar, which provides 22 Coach Continuing Education credits from the International Coach Federation [18 core competency hours and 4 resource development hours], originally was designed for coaches and consultants, according to Forcier-Lynn.

“But, it really pertains to everyone,” she says. “The program revolves around alignment. Everyone needs to be aligned as a person; with what you are and who you are doing it with. The four main points of this seminar are to establish, evaluate, engage and expand. It’s designed to work equally well for an individual’s personal relationships as it is for their career.”

She says the program teaches you how to “stay ahead of the curve” through leadership awareness. “We know that relationships and organizations can succeed or fail one conversation at a time. Awareness leadership is not just for organizations, but for every relationship you have.  Participants will learn how to establish alignment in their lives, while evaluating the gaps that block them from engaging and expanding their lives”

To register, call 321-300-4898 or visit www.awarenessleadershipexperience.com. Cost for the seminar is $995 per person, with a $285 savings code applied to those registering online at www.awarenessleadershipexperience.com.
