What do you enjoy most about your work?
What I enjoy most about my work is the chance to make a meaningful impact by improving the world and helping others. I love connecting with people, fostering collaboration, and finding solutions that make a difference. Knowing that my efforts create positive change and support both individuals and communities is what truly drives me.
What inspired you to start your business?
What inspired me to start my business was a lifelong passion for volunteering and giving back. When I was younger, I was actively involved in local volunteering, which instilled in me the value of community and service. In 2019, that passion was reignited when I volunteered in Ukraine with FCA, working closely with communities and seeing firsthand the resilience and struggles they faced. This experience deepened my commitment to making a difference.
From there, I traveled to the Philippines, where I worked with street children, witnessing the harsh realities they endure daily and the critical role that small organizations play in providing support to save these children. Most recently, I spent two months in Ukraine assisting refugees during one of the most challenging periods of their lives. These experiences opened my eyes to the incredible impact small local charities have and the overwhelming challenges they face, from limited resources to difficulty in connecting with people who want to help.
Through these journeys, I also encountered my own frustrations in finding and connecting with causes that aligned with my passions and values. These challenges made me realize the need for a platform that bridges the gap between people who want to make a difference and the charities and causes that need their support. That realization became the foundation for my business—a way to combine my personal experiences, business experience, my drive to help others, and my belief in the power of community to improve the world.
What gets you out of bed every morning?
What gets me out of bed every morning is the drive to make a difference and contribute to something bigger than myself. Knowing that I have the opportunity to help others, create meaningful connections, and work toward a better world gives me purpose and energy to take on the day. It’s the thought of the positive change I can bring—whether it’s supporting individuals, empowering small charities, or tackling challenges—that keeps me motivated and focused.
What is your secret to making progress each day?
What gets me out of bed every morning is thinking about the children I met in the Philippines, living on the streets but still full of hope and potential. Their resilience inspires me, as do the incredible people and charities who dedicate themselves to making their lives better. I wake up driven to support those charities—those lifelines—so they can continue making that kind of impact. Knowing that my work can help connect more people to causes like these and amplify the efforts of those creating real change keeps me motivated every single day.
Tell us one thing people don’t know about you.
One thing people don’t know about me is that I’m on the Ukrainian Lacrosse National Team and am currently working on learning Ukrainian. I’ve also been fortunate enough to win two national championships in lacrosse.
A typical weekend for me is…
A typical weekend for me is about staying active, recharging, and connecting with others. I enjoy playing lacrosse, watching sports, attending church to reflect and refocus, and practicing Ukrainian as I work toward becoming fluent. I also make time to spend with friends or family and unwind, ensuring I’m refreshed and ready for the week ahead.

What are your plans for the future of your business?
The future of my business includes introducing innovative features designed to make giving more engaging and rewarding. We’re developing AI-powered recommendations to help users discover charities that align with their passions and values. To enhance the experience further, we will be rolling out a system of trophies and achievement tiers that not only recognize users’ contributions but also unlock discounts and exclusive benefits.
Global expansion is also a key part of our vision, enabling users to connect with and support vetted international charities. This will allow contributors to make a difference on a global scale while building relationships with causes that resonate with them personally. These features are all part of our commitment to creating a platform that is dynamic, rewarding, and global in its impact.
What’s your secret talent no one knows about?
I’m really good at teaching kids and have a knack for helping them learn new skills. One of my proudest moments was coaching a U12 lacrosse team to a championship back when I lived in St. Pete. It was an incredible experience watching the team grow, improve, and come together to achieve something so rewarding. Teaching and coaching have always been ways I love to connect with and inspire the next generation.
What did you want to be when growing up?
When I was growing up, I dreamed of being a professional football player and playing alongside Tom Brady. But after a concussion or two, I realized I might be better off exploring other paths—leading to me playing lacrosse in college.
What is your favorite thing to do in the wonderful area of Central Florida?
My favorite thing to do in the wonderful area of Central Florida is spending time at the beach. I also love being part of the community here, it’s a great mix of friendly people, local events, and such a wonderful place to explore.
What would people never guess you do in your role?
People might not guess that in my role, I spend a lot of time personally researching and connecting with small charities to understand their challenges and needs. It’s not just about developing a platform or spending all day brainstorming wild ideas on a whiteboard. It’s about building real relationships and ensuring that every organization feels supported and valued. That hands-on approach might surprise some, but it’s one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.
What do you love most about your industry?
What I love most about my industry is meeting such passionate people who are genuinely dedicated to changing the world for the better. Their energy, commitment, and belief in making a difference are incredibly inspiring and it makes it extremely rewarding to come up with solutions to help solve their problems.
How have you advanced professionally since starting your business?
Since starting my business, I’ve grown in ways I never expected. It’s helped me step back and look at the bigger picture, focusing on long-term goals rather than just the day-to-day tasks. I’ve learned the importance of being patient, especially when navigating the challenges that come with building something meaningful. Along the way, I’ve become more adaptable, improved my problem-solving skills, and gained a better understanding of what it takes to lead and collaborate effectively. Each step has taught me something new, making me more confident in what I do.
