Have you met Moshe3000, which recently expanded into Central Florida through the UCF Business Incubation Program’s Soft Landing Program?

Orlando Business Journal took some time with the company’s CEO to learn about their expansion plans, including building a manufacturing facility and hiring up to 50 new employees.

Here’s what Orlando Business Journal said:

A Brazilian company that manufactures waterproofing and protective coatings has plans to expand in Orlando.

Moshe3000 has joined the University of Central Florida Business Incubation Program’s Soft Landing program as it opens its first location in the U.S. The program supports early‑stage and expanding companies by providing resources, coaching and infrastructure.

The company creates a variety of seals and other products that are used in construction and home care. It seeks to expand to a factory in Orlando within two years that would add more than 50 jobs and focus on North American markets.

Thadeu Rodrigues, founder and CEO of Moshe3000, told Orlando Business Journal the company was drawn to Florida because of its climate, which is good for testing products because of the amount of rain.
