JIRACOR Earns ISO 9001 and AS9100 Certification, Now Positioned to Service More Aerospace Companies Worldwide

ORLANDO — JIRACOR, a small business that offers a full-spectrum of Program Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding of Avionics Systems, recently earned both the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management Systems and AS9100:2009, Rev. C Aerospace Management Systems certifications.

The certifications were accomplished through an independent third-party audit by NSF International Strategic Registrations (www.nsf-isr.org), a management systems registrar. The independent audit verified compliance of standardized, consistent processes and procedures used at JIRACOR.  To determine continued compliance with ISO 9001 and AS9100 Quality Management Standards, NSF-ISR will conduct periodic routine surveillance audits of these operations.

“Achieving ISO 9001 and AS9100 certification reinforces to our customers and employees that we are committed to providing the best possible service and value to meet current and future business needs,” said Alma Coronado, President of JIRACOR.

JIRACOR is a client company of the UCF Business Incubation Program at Central Florida Research Park in east Orange County.
