Irblich Schools™ LLC is an eco-friendly private preschool serving students in mind, body and spirit, between 3-5 years old, and attracts families who lean towards an alternative, holistic lifestyle. The curriculum is a hybrid of philosophies from the early to mid 1900’s, mixed in with current issues being faced in the 21st century, such as: obesity, early diabetes, cancer, VOCs, PVC, BPA, environmental impacts and prejudices. This is achieved by serving a vegetarian diet (pending Dept. of Health approval); providing a sustainable and low-carbon footprint facility using available natural resources, such as solar power and rain barrels; teaching the students about recycling, gardening and composting; and finally, introducing cultural studies through a hands-on museum-type classroom environment, which will help the students better understand those who appear different.
