Orlando, Fla. (February 9, 2026) – One of the key factors in reducing health care costs is using every tool and technology available in managing disease and mental health.
This month, a Lake County company, Intelligence Factory, entered into a partnership agreement with one of the fastest-growing healthcare companies in the country, Tenovi.
The partnership combines Intelligence Factory’s FairPath operating systems with Tenovi’s medical devices. For doctors and patients, the result is a higher success rate for the treatment and management of illnesses like diabetes, COPD and heart disease.
For Intelligence Factory, it’s the start of a major expansion that could bring up to two dozen new employees, with salaries between $50,000 to $200,000 for this contract alone.
“We’re excited to partner with Tenovi, whose cutting-edge devices perfectly complement FairPath’s AI-driven platform,” says Justin Brochetti, CEO & co-founder, Intelligence Factory. “This collaboration not only accelerates our growth but also creates new opportunities for our community, reinforcing our commitment to innovative, operator-focused solutions in remote care management.”
The FairPath software provides greater insight into the overall health of its patients. Using remote patient monitoring, the software can read and analyze data, such as weight or blood pressure. Using remote therapeutic monitoring, the software tracks adherence to medications, exercise and more.
All of this is critical for advanced primary care management, but there were limitations. For instance, Wi-Fi connectivity is not universal, and early technology only provides data that still needs manual analysis by a medical professional.
With FairPath, both of those issues are eliminated, considering the FairPath platform utilizes proprietary artificial intelligence programming to analyze the data, saving time and allowing doctors to monitor more patients.
In addition, the software is designed to help keep the data within all regulatory compliance rules, such as HIPAA rules and can even help with physician office operations, such as billing.
“Tenovi and FairPath together deliver a fully integrated remote‑care platform that combines Tenovi’s reliable, cellular‑connected vitals infrastructure with FairPath’s automated operating system for CCM, RPM, RTM, and APCM,” said Nizan Friedman, PhD, Founder and CEO of Tenovi. “By unifying real‑time clinical data with intelligent workflow, billing, and compliance automation, the partnership empowers providers, MSOs, and clinics to deliver higher‑quality chronic care at scale; reducing operational burden, improving patient engagement, and strengthening payer alignment.”
Tenovi is based in New Hampshire and provides over 50 remote care solutions to physicians throughout the United States. It was recently listed as the 55th fastest-growing company and the 11th fastest-growing company by Forbes.
Combined, the two companies provide remote patient monitoring to more than 500,000 patients.
“This is the type of partnership that so many of our client companies are striving to accomplish, one that will create exponential growth,” says Brian Bedrick, site manager, UCF Business Incubator in Lake County/Eustis. “Justin and his team have really accomplished something that could be the start of Intelligence Factory having a significant economic impact.”
