InNovo Partners Hires James Forgione

Orlando, Fla. – InNovo Partners, an Orlando-based firm that specializes in providing engineering, technology and planning for transportation projects, has brought in James Forgione to serve as senior data analyst.

Forgione comes to InNovo with nearly three decades of experience in data analysis at global companies, like Robert Half Management Resources and McKinsey & Company. Originally from Long Island, NY, Forgione and his family are currently transitioning to the Orlando region where his youngest daughter will attend the University of Central Florida this coming fall.

“James brings a wealth of knowledge in financial analysis and big data analytics to InNovo,” says Claudia Paskauskas, CEO, InNovo Partners. “We’re excited to add this perspective of data analysis to InNovo’s skill sets.”

Forgione will be supporting InNovo’s tolling clients by watching the data in collections of tolls to ensure the revenue operations are collecting at full capacity. Specifically, Forgione will monitor, analyze and interpret data related to the performance of lane operations.

James will apply his experience in banking and finance data analysis to the transportation industry,” says Soraya Saflicki, Senior Technology Manager, InNovo Partners.

Founded just 18 months ago, InNovo has already become one of Central Florida’s leaders in transportation technology. Selected to work on some of the region’s biggest transportation projects, the company has been able to expand its team quicker than planned.

Currently, the company is planning further expansion with additional employees expected to be hired this year.
