Exam Plus Expanded Their Services To The Caribbean

Winter Springs, Fla.  — Exam Plus, a Winter Springs company celebrated their first year providing services in the Caribbean and recently opened an office in San Juan, Puerto Rico to continue providing comprehensive substance abuse programs for a wide range of corporate and government employers.

José A. Batista, MBA, PHR President and CEO of Exam Plus, said the move to the Caribbean had been part of the strategic plan to continue creating safe workplaces for U.S. companies that are required to maintain locations outside of the continental states.

“Statistics show that employee drug abuse could cause more than 49 percent of all on-the-job accidents and 40 percent of employee theft,” Batista said.

Puerto Rico offers companies the security and stability of operating in a U.S. jurisdiction with a highly skilled workforce and over 1.3 million workers in the labor force.  Puerto Ricans are highly educated; many are bilingual, and knowledgeable in global regulations.

“Our Exam Plus-Caribbean Regional office offers an exceptional bilingual staff and partners that will help to continue providing excellent services for all current clients and the new clients to follow,” Batista said

Exam Plus is a client company of the University of Central Florida Business Incubation Program located at 1511 E. State Road 434 in Winter Springs.
