Orlando, Fla. (December 1, 2021) — The next time you leave a review for Arby’s, Cheesecake Factory, Cracker Barrel, White Castle or more than 300 other brands across the country, technology developed in Orlando may be used to provide insights from your review comments.

Under a new partnership agreement between Datanautix and Dallas’ Black Box Intelligence (BBI), the Insights teams at BBI will be utilizing Datanautix’ Ana platform to analyze open-ended social media review commentary and mine them for insights.

“In the restaurant industry, having quick and easy ways to analyze customer feedback is critical to their long-term success,” says Sheryl Coyne-Batson, senior vice president, client success and operations, Black Box Intelligence.

For years, Datanautix has provided customer feedback insights for a variety of companies in a wide range of industries, including in the hospitality industry. Black Box Intelligence provides a wide range of data and analytics services to more than 72,000 restaurant locations across the United States.

“Our experience with restaurant clients proves Ana can help pinpoint customer service issues very quickly, allowing an operator to address them before they affect the business,” says Neel Patel, co-founder and CTO, Datanautix. “With this partnership, we believe the power of Ana is reaching its full potential.”

Black Box Intelligence is the second national firm to make use of Datanautix’ technology to gain deep insights from text-based customer commentary. In August, the company announced a similar partnership with Intrado.

“By scaling our AI engine, Ana, to instantly handle millions of records for BBI, we’ve further cemented our position in the large enterprise market” Patel says. “We are delighted that BBI and Intrado recognize how transformative our technology can be for their customers.”
