CSF Technologies Opens Orlando Office to Expand Opportunities for Defense Simulation Work
ORLANDO, Fla. (Dec. 15, 2014) — CSF Technologies, headquartered in Camden, N.J., recently opened offices at the UCF Business Incubator in Central Florida Research Park to take advantage of the “Soft Landing” program that provides out-of-state and foreign businesses a location from which to introduce their operations in Florida and the U.S.
Laurette Gibbs, vice president of CSF Technologies, said the company opened an office at the east Orlando location in order to expand its efforts in the military simulation and training industry.
CSF Technologies specializes in network cabling and infrastructure, audio visual and video teleconferencing engineering.
“CSF Technologies is an information technology solutions company that delivers proactive management solutions and expert resources to support critical business technologies for government and commercial customers,” Gibbs explained.
Gibbs said CSF is registered as an 8(a) certified company with the U.S. Small Business Administration, a certified HUB Zone company as well as a Service Disabled, Veteran Owned Small Business.
CSF and Mercom Corp., headquartered in Pawley’s Island, S.C., recently entered into a mentor/protégé relationship to establish MercomCSF, an 8(a) joint venture that combines the strengths of both companies.
“We are very excited to expand into Central Florida. We anticipate even more growth in 2015 with newly established customers and partnerships here and throughout the state. In addition our mentor-protégé relationship with Mercom Corp. and our newly formed 8(a) joint venture with them – MercomCSF, LLC – will enhance our ability to be a provider-of-choice for network cabling and infrastructure, audio visual and video teleconferencing engineering and a trusted added value reseller,” Gibbs said.
