Cinq Recruitment’s Method for Finding Candidates in the U.S. Lands a Multinational Manufacturing Client
Apopka / Orlando, Fla. — Cinq Recruitment, a new boutique IT and engineering staffing firm, found an expedient way to get precise quality candidates for open permanent positions, and it helped them gain a multinational manufacturing client.
Michele Gibbons, Co-founder of Cinq Recruitment, LLC, said her firm specializes in finding passive candidates – people who are working but may be looking for a career move.
“First we meet with our client companies and do an in-depth review of their culture, management objectives and work environment. Then we utilize proprietary techniques to conduct pointed competitor searches to locate passive candidates,” she said.
Gibbons said this differs from most recruiters who just interview candidates who submit resumes rather than searching for candidates. While that method works – since staffing and recruiting is outpacing the economy and labor market (Staffing Success 2015 issue) – Gibbons and her firm go the extra mile to save companies time and money by actually locating the right candidate at the right time.
Leaving a position open costs money – It takes companies an average of three months to fill a permanent position not including the high cost of advertising for the period, according to Gibbons.
“We help fill an open position quickly with high-quality candidates who are not on the job boards, shortening the hiring cycle time,” said Sam Bell, co-founder who oversees the specialized recruitment operations. “Cinq keeps its recruiting operations within the U.S. too,” Bell emphasized.
The higher quality candidates mean lower turnover thus less money a company spends on recruiting, new-hire administrative expenses and training. And that equates to higher profit margins.
Cinq Recruitment was recently retained by multinational manufacturing firm Fluidra USA, Inc., who develops swimming pools and spas and wellness center facilities. Based in Barcelona, Spain, the company has division headquarters in Jacksonville and distributes worldwide.
“Cinq is our recruitment firm of choice because the team understands our business and specific needs of our managers. We have turned all recruiting over to Cinq because we know we will receive the right talent,” said Joan Llop, Vice President at Fluidra USA.
Cinq Recruitment is a client company of the UCF Business Incubation Program in Apopka.
