Group looks to develop manufacturing and sales hub in Central Florida over the coming years
Orlando, Fla. (December 23, 2025) – As Florida and the Southeast United States continue to experience growth in residential and commercial construction, a Brazilian company is expanding into Central Florida through the UCF Business Incubation Program’s Soft Landing program.
Moshe3000, a leader in advanced waterproofing technology, launched its U.S. operations in November at the Research Park Business Incubator, offering its line of nanotechnology-based waterproofing and protective coatings.
“Expanding into the U.S. market is a natural step in our growth strategy,” says Thadeu Rodrigues, founder/CEO, Moshe3000. “Our success in Brazil has shown that a combination of technical excellence, sustainable materials and personalized service can redefine how people protect their properties. With Moshe3000 USA, we’re bringing that same commitment — and global expertise — to homeowners and businesses across America.”
Moshe3000 started more than 15 years ago with experience in residential and commercial waterproofing. The company employs more than 100 people in Brazil and in its European offices in Italy.
The company serves basically any industry that may need protection from the elements. Specifically, the company focuses on:
- Foundation and basement waterproofing
- Roof and wall sealing
- Leak detection and repair
- Moisture control for new constructions and renovations
One of the differences between what Moshe3000 offers is the use of nanoparticles in its products. This allows it to seal even the most minor cracks and the smallest spaces.
Aside from the growth in construction and the need for waterproofing in the Southeast, Moshe3000 also chose Orlando as its U.S. headquarters because of the region’s logistics infrastructure, including multiple ports for importing from its manufacturing centers in Brazil. It currently utilizes the JAXPORT.
As their market grows, the company plans to bring its North American manufacturing to Central Florida, employing 50 or more.
“It’s no secret that manufacturing jobs are a high priority of this region because they are high-paying and very stable jobs,” says Rafael Caamano, interim director, Innovation Districts & Incubation Program. “Moshe3000 will be a great addition to our community as they build their market here.”
