Maitland, Fla. – September 29, 2026 – Aurora InfoTech, a women-owned Cybersecurity and IT consulting firm based in Maitland, FL, proudly participated as a featured graduating company panelist at the UCF Business Incubation Program’s Fall Innovation Showcase, held on Monday, September 28, 2026, at Central Florida Tech Grove, 12809 Science Drive, Orlando, Florida.
The Fall Innovation Showcase, hosted by the UCF Business Incubation Program, brought together entrepreneurs, investors, business leaders, and community partners to celebrate the innovation and business growth taking shape across the region. The event, which ran from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., gave attendees the opportunity to connect with both newly admitted and graduating program companies. The evening also marked the debut of the newly introduced Million-Dollar Club – a permanent recognition program honoring UCF Business Incubation companies that have reached the milestone of $1 million in annual revenue. Nearly two dozen companies achieved this benchmark in 2025 alone.
Aurora InfoTech was among the graduating companies selected to participate in the event’s featured panel discussion, moderated by Rafael Caamano, Interim Director of the UCF Business Incubation Program. Roy Richardson, Vice President and Chief Security Officer of Aurora InfoTech, joined the stage alongside fellow panelists Rebecca Dobo, Operations Director of Freshorize; Jose Duenes, Founder and CEO of SmartTracker; and Matt Rose, CEO of Tech Rage IT.
The panel gave graduating companies the opportunity to speak candidly about their journey through the incubator, reflect on the decisions and mindsets that shaped their growth, and offer grounded perspective to the entrepreneurs seated in the audience.
