In August 2024, Aurora InfoTech enrolled its team in the WCCXT program—an intensive 12-session initiative developed by The DiJulius Group, whose clients include Ritz-Carlton, Chick-fil-A, Starbucks, Marriott, and Lexus. The program equips companies with practical tools for delivering consistent and exceptional customer experiences across all touchpoints.

Finalists have the opportunity to present their achievements through a creative contest entry package, evaluated by industry leaders and judged on innovative application, employee engagement, and measurable outcomes.
