Orlando, Fla. – April 23, 2025 – Aurora InfoTech, an Orlando-based cybersecurity and IT solutions provider, has been named a finalist for the 2025 Circle of Excellence Award led by The DiJulius Group, a global leader in customer experience training and consulting.
This achievement highlights Aurora InfoTech’s dedication to building a culture of service, both internally among team members and externally through every client interaction. By prioritizing communication, accountability, and consistency, the company has woven customer experience into its day-to-day operations, reinforcing the connection between internal values and external outcomes.
In August 2024, Aurora InfoTech enrolled its team in the WCCXT program—an intensive 12-session initiative developed by The DiJulius Group, whose clients include Ritz-Carlton, Chick-fil-A, Starbucks, Marriott, and Lexus. The program equips companies with practical tools for delivering consistent and exceptional customer experiences across all touchpoints.
“This certification reflects how seriously we take customer service,” said Roy Richardson, Chief Security Officer at Aurora InfoTech. “This recognition fuels our drive to continually elevate the experience we provide to our clients.”
Following the completion of the program, Aurora InfoTech applied the training across its operations and was selected as a finalist for the Circle of Excellence Award, an elite recognition awarded to companies that demonstrate exceptional implementation of CX strategies. Finalists have the opportunity to present their achievements through a creative contest entry package, evaluated by industry leaders and judged on innovative application, employee engagement, and measurable outcomes.
The winners of the Circle of Excellence Award will be announced at the 2025 Marketing Boot Camp, taking place on April 24, 2025. Aurora InfoTech is proud to stand among top-tier organizations striving to redefine what exceptional customer care looks like in the tech sector.
