Perdure Launches Home Health Agency Business Optimization Platform

Orlando, Fla., July 31, 2018 – As the need for home health care skyrockets across the country, an Orlando-based company has created a way for organizations providing health care to home-bound patients to transform their way of doing business and increase their efficiency, compliance and care coordination.

After spending five years in development, Perdure has launched Prolific Home Health Management System. The system allows its users to seamlessly utilize various task specific applications to plan, coordinate, deliver and document patient care across the client’s network of caregivers.

“This platform has given our test partners an increase in revenues of more than 20 percent over the first year simply by creating efficiencies and cutting waste in their operations,” says Muhammad Khurram Bashir Bhatti, president & CEO, Perdure. “Prolific helps these firms transition into a truly digital enterprise.”

Specifically, Prolific helps home health agencies of all sizes in four areas:

  • Provides them with enterprise grade tools and capabilities to manage, automate, monitor and improve their operations.
  • Enables caregivers to provide care in a connected and coordinated manner regardless of their level of association with the agency.
  • Enables the client to stay compliant to HIPAA and other regulations.
  • Provides flexibility and adaptability to integrate with other applications/platforms and adjust to changing industry trends and demands.

Prolific was developed in response to changes in how home health agencies are reimbursed for care. Traditionally, the agencies were on a fee-for-services model, where the agency was paid per visit. However, this is quickly being replaced by the new value-driven payment model that is based on care outcomes and quality.

Perdure’s system is unique in that it offers home health agencies the ability to seamlessly transition to this new paradigm while offering them a complete technology outsourcing coupled with support as part of a simple revenue sharing arrangement.

That means the home health agency does not have to pay anything up front for any software, hardware or services that come with the platform. Both parties, instead, mutually benefit from the agency’s success, efficiencies, and growth.

In addition, Perdure’s patient and value-focused platform is structured in a way that the home health agency owns all of its case documentation and data at all times and does not have to keep or arrange any special services or licenses if they chose to part ways with Perdure at a later point in time.

“Prolific’s partnership structure is built to help our clients meet the challenges of the future.” Bhatti says. “This requires a connected care effort by all the caregivers that are involved in providing care to the patient and a significant effort to use business analytics to not only monitor the changes in the patient’s condition but also to identify bottlenecks and leakage in their processes,”
