Shaun Thornton has been a business broker with Murphy Business in Orlando, FL since
2004. He has been accredited by the International Business Brokers Association as a
Certified Business Intermediary and is recognized as a Board Certified Intermediary and a
Certified M&A Intermediary. Shaun has a background in Electrical Engineering and also brings many years of corporate experience as a supplier of equipment and solutions to the world’s metals industry. He has a successful track record of heading up large sales groups and operating units.

A past board member of the Central Florida British American Chamber of Commerce,
Shaun now serves on the US board of Dreamflight, a children’s charity whose purpose is to
send seriously ill children on the holiday of a lifetime. He is also an active member of the
SBDC’s Advisory Board Council.
